You can train at the SJC Boxing Gym either as a professional, or as a registered amateur, or for fitness and health. SJC Boxing is a registered Amateur club with USA Boxing. Amateurs must be between the ages of 8-34, male or female. All gym dues are $50.00 per month. Gym hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
The world renowned SJC Boxing Gym is available for white collar, blue collar, and non-boxers alike, who want to train like a world class boxer. If you want to experience the atmosphere of a real boxing gym and train with professional boxing trainers, this is the program for you.
Boxing is one of the hottest forms of exercise sweeping the fitness community. A boxing workout can burn up to 1200 calories per hour. It increases cardiovascular fitness and metabolism. You will increase the body’s lean body mass, develop eye-hand-foot coordination, improve balance, reduce stress, and elevate your self-confidence and self-esteem.
